Not satisfied? After receipt, you have 14 days to return your order. Please contact us, and we will send you the return instructions. Return the product in its original, unused condition in the original packaging.
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to return your purchase. Only items returned within this period, complete, unused, and in their original packaging, are eligible for a refund. Used, damaged, or soiled products will unfortunately not be accepted. Tip: preferably open your package in the presence of the delivery person, so you can report any issues immediately.
