Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling you have another 14 days to send the product back. You will then be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at info@mizorishisha.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of you registering the return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

For some products and services it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase. This applies to products:

• that are sealed. Once the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.
• that are hygiene products.
• without their original packaging.
• that have been used.
• made to the consumer’s specifications;
• that are clearly personal in nature;
• that by their nature cannot be returned;
• that can spoil or age quickly;
• whose price is tied to fluctuations on the financial market that we cannot influence.

Tobacco, shisha flavors and tobacco alternatives

Tobacco, hookah tobacco, shisha tobacco, shisha flavors and all tobacco alternatives — including nicotine-free products, steam stones, gel, paste, creams and similar consumable products — are not accepted for return for reasons of product safety, hygiene and quality assurance, where the statutory right of withdrawal for that product is excluded or has expired.

This applies in any case to products whose seal or packaging has been opened, broken or removed after delivery. These products cannot be exchanged or returned, and no refund is given for them.

Your statutory rights in the event of a demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered product remain fully applicable.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete

If an order is delivered damaged or incomplete, please contact us. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will ask you to send us a photo of the damaged product. Keep the shipping box, the filler material and the packaging, as we may ask for these as well. Once we have assessed the damage, we will either compensate it or send a replacement product. Items that have been used cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene.

Please note: check hookah bowls and hookah vases especially carefully.

Once we have received and checked your return, a credit note is drawn up and we transfer the money back within 14 days. The refund is always made to the account number used for the original payment.

In both cases, state your order number, the products you wish to withdraw and the date of order or receipt. We will send you a confirmation before you return anything.
