The DUM 27 mm coconut coals are square blocks measuring exactly 27 x 27 x 27 mm, also known as C27 coals. You get an economical 2 kg package full of 100% natural coconut shell, without added scent or flavour. This way, when smoking, you only taste the flavour of your own shisha tobacco, pure and unadulterated.
The square format provides a large surface area per block, allowing the coals to burn evenly from top to bottom. This means less adjustment during your session and a stable temperature on your shisha bowl. Because the coals glow for a long time, you also need fewer coals per session than with smaller sizes – convenient for home users and shisha lounges with many visitors.
Always light the coals with an electric coal burner, never with a lighter or match – otherwise they won't ignite properly. Place the blocks flat on the burner and wait 8 to 12 minutes until they glow completely red, then place them on foil or an HMD on top of your shisha bowl. Two blocks on a standard bowl are usually sufficient; for a larger bowl, it can be three. Store unused coals dry and at room temperature.
