What we are looking for
We regularly look for new colleagues for our store, webshop, and customer service. Below you will find the positions for which we often seek people. Is your desired position not listed? Open applications are also welcome.
Content Creator
We are looking for a creative content creator for our marketing department. You will write new content, place products and texts on our webshops, and create videos explaining our products.
What we require:
- HBO (higher vocational education) working and thinking level with a marketing background
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Affinity with our products and a fluent pen in Dutch
- Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with a webshop system and Photoshop is a plus
Webshop Employee
As a webshop employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You advise on our products, keep customers updated on their orders, and help improve the assortment with new products, strong product information, and sharp photos.
What we require:
- Minimum MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level
- Service-oriented and a true team player who also works independently
- Enthusiastic and someone who likes to get things done
- You speak and write flawless Dutch
- Knowledge of a webshop system is a plus
Customer Service Employee
To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented colleague. You will be the point of contact for customers with questions about their orders or our assortment and answer them by phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with your colleagues from customer service, the warehouse, and the store.
What we require:
- A pleasant telephone voice and excellent Dutch in speaking and writing
- Proficiency in English and German is a plus
- Customer and service-oriented, proactive, and accurate
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
